The work of the Development Corporation of Kamchatka (DCK) was noted in an analytical review of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, which explored the work of international and regional investment agencies and development corporations in the context of the coronavirus pandemic in order to define some patterns of successful work. DCK became the only Far Eastern specialized organization for work with investors, the activity of which was mentioned in the document made by the Association. The review was presented to the Government of the Russian Federation, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the World Bank, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), and was also sent to international investment companies in order to exchange global experience of neutralizing the aftermath of the crisis. The Association singled out the activities of the DCK in the framework of providing preferential terms to tenants of mooring places and premises on the territory of the Yacht Harbour, which is being built in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The work of the DCK on technical re-equipment and reducing the cost of production of the Pioneer poultry farm was also mentioned in the document. The general director of the Development Corporation of Kamchatka, Yulia Kharitonova, also notes that the experience of the Territory Development Institute in various areas of supporting entrepreneurial and investment activities was recommended by the Agency for use in other regions of Russian Federation not for the first time.
