The Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation fot the Development of the Far East Alexander Osipov hosted a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of investment projects and territories of advanced development. The meeting brought together representatives of federal executive bodies and regional administrations.
Kamchatka was represented by Deputy Prime Minister of the Kamchatsky krai Yuri Zubar and General Director of “Development Corporation of Kamchatka” Nikolay Pegin.
During the meeting were discussed seven prepared for the realization TOR’s in the six regions – the Amur region, Primoriye, Kamchatka, Kolyma and Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and Chukotka. It is assumed that all these applications in late April will be submitted to the meeting of the Sub-Commission on the government’s implementation of investment projects in the Far East for final approval.
In the Kamchatsky krai is planned to create TOR “Kamchatka”, participation in which already confirmed by 13 investors in eight areas. The estimated area of the territory of advanced development – 1276 hectares. Investments in TOR at the first stage should form 34.6 billion rubles, from which 6.5 billion rubles – the budget money. On the territory of the enterprise will be presented for the advanced areas of the regional economy: agriculture, port and industrial, tourism and recreation, and air transport.
According to Alexander Osipov, all presented on a preliminary discussion of projects supported by regional and local administrations. Far Eastern region confirm sustainable financial situation of prospective investors. IN the most of the projects already signed an agreements to implement investments into the projects, technological solutions are designed to provide the infrastructure, performed cost justifications.
“At the center of our work- implementation of investments project, that will maximize the development of the Far East. It’s not just the creation of new jobs and increase of tax revenues, but above all, a multiplier effect of growth for adjacent areas and launch of other projects” – summed up the meeting of the working group, Alexander Osipov.
