Development Corporation of Kamchatka (DCK) continues to support the investment project “Laguna Hotel Complex” initiated by the Fantalis architectural & construction company. Within its framework almost abandoned recreation center called the Blue Lagoon was modernized.

    About 800 million rubles were invested in the project. “Laguna” has become one of the favorite vacation spots for guests and residents of the region. Recreational areas and rooms of the complex are not empty even on weekdays.

    At the negotiations held between the DCK and Roman Fantalis, the general director of the architectural and construction company, the further development of the project was discussed.

    “In the near future, we will begin the construction of an additional 26 guest houses with mangal zones, and we will expand the number of supplied spa treatments. There is an intention to transform the complex as a whole into a SPA hotel, but at the same time we will maintain our focus on active family vacations. For the young visitors of Laguna, it is planned to build a children's center. The computer technology of entertainment there will be combined with outdoor activities,” said Roman Fantalis.

    The company draws up plans for the construction of integrated tourist facilities and entertainment centers for children on the territory of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky as well. The Corporation suggested the entrepreneur a number of platforms where such projects can be implemented. The territory of the former Freza shipyard is one of them.

   Yulia Kharitonova, the Director General of the Development Corporation of Kamchatka, noted that the DCK is interested in developing relations with responsible investors, such as Fantalis.
