Structure

 The Supreme management body of Open Joint Stock “Development Corporation of Kamchatka” (Corporation) is the General meeting of shareholders. Once a year Corporation hold an annual General meeting of shareholders. Meetings of other than annual General meeting of shareholders are extraordinary.

At the annual General meeting of shareholders are solved the issues of election on the Board of Directors, the audit Commission (Auditor) of the Corporation, approval of the Corporation auditor, approval of annual reports, annual accounting statements, including profit and loss statements (profit and loss accounts) and distribution of profit ( including payment (declaration) of dividends), except profits distributed as dividends for the first quarter, six month, nine month of a financial year) and losses of the company by results of the financial year.       

Overall leadership of the Corporation by the Board of Directors of the Corporation except for the issues referred to the exclusive competence of the General meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors consists of 5 ( Five) persons.

The Executive body of the Corporation is the General Director of the Corporation, administers the Company’s current activities. General Director is accountable to the Board of Directors and the General meeting of shareholders.
