Tender for acquisition of shares of JSC “Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Yelizovo) International Airport”
AN OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF SELECTION OF AN INVESTOR FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVESTMENT PROJECT ON CONSTRICTION OF A NEW PASSENGER TERMINAL AND OTHER FACILITIES OF THE AIRPORT COMPLEX OF THE PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY (YELIZOVO) INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AND OPERATION OF THE PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY (YELIZOVO) INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
JSC "Development Corporation of Kamchatka" (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation) hereby announces the selection of an investor for implementation of the investment project on construction of a new passenger terminal and other facilities of the airport complex of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Yelizovo) International Airport, and operation of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Yelizovo) International Airport (hereinafter referred to as the Selection).
Selection Rules was approved by order of the General Director of JSC "Development Corporation of Kamchatka" No. A3 of 30.06.2017, agreed by the Board of Directors of JSC "Development Corporation of Kamchatka" (Minutes No. 3 of 30.06.2017) (hereinafter - the Selection Rules). The Selection Rules contain requirements for the Applicants, documents and materials to be submitted by the Applicants, facilities to be constructed within the framework of the investment project, criteria and procedure for application assessment. The Selection Rules shall be posted on the Corporation's official website http://krkk.pro/simultaneously with the placement of this Announcement.
The Selection Rules can be obtained by any interested parties either on the website http://krkk.pro/,or based on a written request sent to the Corporation address, via the Selection authorized coordinator.The Selection Rules are provided free of charge.
The interested parties who have received the Selection Rules in any of the above ways shall be solely responsible for monitoring all changes made to the Selection Rules.
Explanations to the Selection Rules, changes made to the Selection Rules, minutes of the meetings and decisions of the Selection Commission adopted during the Selection process shall be posted in accordance with the procedure established in the Selection Rules on the Corporation's official website http://krkk.pro/.

Location of the Corporation and the Selection Commission: 683000, Kamchatskiy krai, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Leninskaya st., 59, office1205.
Tender Applications for participation in the Selection shall be presented to the Selection Commission in accordance with the Selection Rules on working days during working hours of the Corporation (from Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 18:00 (local time), on Friday and pre-holiday days: 9:00 to 17:00 (local time) from the date of publication of this Announcement of Selection till August 21, 2017 10:00 (local time) at the following address: 683000, Kamchatskiy krai, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Leninskaya st., 59, office 1205.
As part of the Tender Application for participation in the Selection, the Applicant must submit to the Corporation a confirmation of submission of the Tender Application Security provided for by the Selection Rules.Tender Applications of the Applicants that have not submitted the documents on the Tender Application Security provided for by the Selection Rules shall not be considered by the Selection Commission and shall be recognized as not meeting the requirements of the Selection Rules.
Bid Opening Procedure will start from 10:30 am on August 21, 2017 (local time) at the following address: 683000, Kamchatskiy krai, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Leninskaya st., 59, office 1205.
The above dates may be changed by the Corporation's decision in accordance with the Selection Rules.
