“Development Corporation of Kamchatka” and “Gordi” will cooperate in creating ski resorts.

During the Investment forum « Far East – 2014» signed an Agreement on cooperation between “Development Corporation of Kamchatka” and French company “Gordi” ( part of the Association “ Cluster montagne”).

Signatures under the document were signed by General Director of the Corporation Nikolai Pegin and Director “Gordi” Louis Gili.

“Previously with “Cluster montagne” we have signed an agreement on joining efforts for tourism development on the territory of Kamchatsky Krai. At the moment began to stand out individual directions of this work with specific members of Association, one of them is company “Gordi”, - said Nikolay Pegin.- “ Development  Corporation of Kamchatsky Krai” together with “ Gordi”, by the Agency of tourism and external relations of the Kamchatsky Krai in the region will creates a tourist product on the international level. To implement this project planned in the next three years.”

“Gordi” company will take part in the development of the concept of ski resorts on the territory of Kamchatsky Krai. In the spring of this year the company has been able to assess the prospects of development of tourism in Kamchatka. According to Louis Gili, natural potential of Kamchatka is very high and now region is popular with among tourists from different countries of the word. “ What we need is to make tourists facilities more comfortable, to give them special, not common theme”. With these areas need to work differently in terms of marketing”, said Louis Gili.

He noted that in addition to direct investments will require a significant investment for the  training of specialists in the sphere of tourism and  service development services.
