A record amount of more than 60 billion rubles reached the budget of Kamchatsky Krai in 2014. The next replenishment of the regional treasury occurred after the amendments in the main financial document for the next session of the Law in Kamchatsky Krai “ On the regional budget for 2014 and the planning period of 2015 and 12016 years”.
“Compared with previous version of the law, the budget grew by 1 billion 200 million rubles –commented on the results of the session of the Governor of Kamchatsky Krai Vladimir Ilyukhin. It is the money received into the treasury by increasing the tax base and mainly due to federal grants and subsidies”.
A significant part of the money (about 815 million rubles- Kamchatsky Krai received in the sphere of housing construction. From these, within the program about 760 million for improvement of seismological houses.
“This year the contractor have to complete the bulk of work on construction of the second phase of the neighborhood in the northeast. In total up to the end of the year, will be commissioned 12 new homes with 517 apartments,- said the Governor. In addition, completed the construction of 2 houses designed to accommodate dormitories and housing for certain categories of citizens. Until the end of the year, after the necessary paperwork is in the new apartments will move 118 families”.
A significant portion of the funds received in the regional budget in the framework of the Federal target programs. Thus, increased subsidies for health care, including about 30 million rubles, which are intended for the work on landscaping around medical institutions; education, physical education and sport.
“Taking into account Federal subsidies we reallocate some of the funds within the budget. In particular, additional money will be used to support municipalities, - said the head of the region. – About 100 million rubles municipalities will receive on the purchase of utility vehicles. Another 100 million will be allocated to district for the construction and repair of utilities and infrastructure. Additional funds will receive Penzhinsky, Ust-Kamchatsky, Elizovsky, Milkovsky I Tigilsky districts, and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
Part of the funds in the budget of 2014 years were reallocated with the arrival of Ukrainian citizens to Kamchatka, who are forced to leave the war zone.
“On 40 million rubles the reserve Fund of the Government is increased, about 36 million sent to the authorities. Funds will be used to provide financial assistance and the creation of conditions for accommodation and provision for those who had left their homes”,- said Vladimir Ilyukhin. We must support people to help them in difficult times”.
